PURPOSE:To measure the distribution characteristics of a magnetic flux one stator or a magnetic field of a motor by detecting the magnetic distribution with a rotor having a sensor capable of detecting the magnetic flux or the magnetic field mounted inside. CONSTITUTION:A stator or a magnetic field 1 of a motor is excited by direct current or alternate current. A magnetism detecting sensor 2 is mounted on a rotor 3 toratable inside a test object. The rotor 3 is rotated and corresponds to the output of a position detecting sensor 4 for detecting angle of rotation thereof, where a magnetic flux is input into the magnetism detecting sensor 2. After amplified with an amplifier 5, the output waveform is passed through a position discriminator 6 and the magnetic flux distribution waveform is output into a monitor 7. Then, the shape of the magnetic flux distribution waveforms of sensors 2 and 4 are discriminated with a discriminator 8. This enables the estimation of characteristics with a single stator or magenetic field, which previously could be measured only in a finished form. |
