PURPOSE:To reduce the restriction on the radius of rotation of a pallet and enhance the spatial efficiency by arranging a working station, a preparation station and an idle station at the periphery of a pallet rotating device. CONSTITUTION:The working station A is provided in front of the rotating device D for supporting and rotating the pallet. The preparation station B for fitting the work to the pallet and the idle station C for removing the work from the pallet are respectively provided at the left and the right of the rotating device. The pallet worked at the working station A is held by a pawl 5 and is transferred onto the rotating device D by a loader E. The rotating device D is rotated by 90 deg., then the pallets on at the preparation station B and on the device D are held by pawls 13 and they are transferred to the device D and the intermediate station C, respectively. Then, the device D is rotated by 90 deg., and a new pallet is transferred to the working station A by the loader E. |
