PURPOSE:To make repetitive heating and cooling possible through one time of operation despite the use of a setter which cannot take time signals by setting 2 or more steep curves on a program card in the program pattern of an automatic heat treatment device. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic heat treatment device combining a photoelectric type program setter which cannot take time signals and a two contact type automatic temp. indicating recorder, two or more steep curves 12 are drawn on a program card 11 in the stage of performing >=2 times of heating and cooling operations. If such program pattern is adapted, the repetitive heating and cooling are made possible by one time of operation, and the usage of gaseous nitrogen for restoration of pressure is reduced. Further, plural times of heating and cooling are accomplished continuously and therefore another work can be performed during that time and this improves working efficiency. |
