<p>A disc brake shoe comprises a support plate (2) and a friction lining attached to the plate. The improvement is that a thin, anticorrosion layer is applied on the entire shoe, while an antinoise lining based on a latex is applied in a thickness greater than 0.1 mm only on the reverse surface of the plate (2) corresp. to the working zones (3) supporting a piston and an attaching lug. The antinoise lining comprises a mixt. of 100 g latex, a 50% aq. dispersion contg. 35-65 g filler, 1-7 g S, 1-13 g vulcanisation accelerator, 6-10 g ZnO, 0-8 g MgO, 0-13 g phenolic resin, 3-6 g dispersant, 0.3-1.5 g antifoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 g antioxidant, 0-4 g stabiliser, a 30% aq. dispersion contg. 3-8 g colourant and an aq. dispersion (10%) contg. 7-16 g thickener.</p> |
