PURPOSE:To blow air-conditioned air uniformly into a room or improve air- conditioning performance in an air-conditioner for cooling and heating which is embedded in the ceiling and used by a structure wherein the air in the room is sucked from the middle of the lower surface and exhausted again from the circumferential part. CONSTITUTION:A supply hole 12 for replenishing air such as open air or the like is provided in the middle of the upper surface of a case body 11 which is open on the lower part, in the form of a bottomed short cylinder and embedded in the ceiling and a fan 13 is equipped under the supply hole 12. The fan 13 is revolved by the motor 14 supported by a support plate 15. The shaft 14' of the motor 14 is provided solidly with an open air sucking impeller 17 upward through an isolating plate 16 and an air returning impeller 18 downward. A short cylindrical heat exchanger 19 is arranged around the fan 13 in the case body 11 and supported by a support body 20. by this structure the room air can be sucked in the middle and exhausted uniformly in the circumference and cooling and heating of good quality can be carried out. |
