PURPOSE:To realize the painting of colors with every small dot without giving any effect within a block, by selecting a color with the priority given to the combinations of colors in a picture memory which can be produced in case the color is designated by a light pen. CONSTITUTION:A color designation input is supplied to a designated color register 14 through a keyboard 10; and the color designation inputs of picture memories M1, M2 and M3 are supplied to registers 15, 16 and 17 ot these three colors M1, M2 and M3 respectively. The register groups 22-28 are arranged with priority at and after a group including the color M1. Then the comparison is carried out through a comparator 29 for the values between the register 14 and each of the groups 22-28 in the order of the higher priority. Thus the contents of a counter 30 is extracted as a data when a coincidence is obtained through the above-mentioned comparison. The contents of the counter 30 is fetched into an MPU1 as a data and then decoded to be written into the picture memories M1-M3. |
