<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously set plural assembly parts and to drastically shorten working time by fitting a holding device by locating it to the plural radial rotary arms positioned on the annular rail moving vertically with revolving of a translating transfer device. CONSTITUTION:An annular rail 20 is supported by a suspension arm 19 rotatably by a motor on the center shaft 12 vertically moved of the guide member 4 supported on the rail 3 of a frame 2 movably traversely. The plural radial rotary arms 25 held by the plate body 21 of the center shaft 12 and a bracket 24 is positioned by an engagement part 26 on the annular rail 20. The exchangable chucking unit 43 positioned at the rotary arm 25 holds an assembly part 7 respectively, simultaneously setting it on the carried-in part 9 to be assembled. This transfer set device 1 is excellent on the space, easy to change the coordinate of the holding position of the assembly part, drastically shortening the working time.</p> |
