<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to attain amplification without any limit in the frequency characteristic by providing a 1st transistor (TR) receiving an input signal and 2nd and 3rd TRs connected in series between power supplies, and driving the 2nd and 3rd TRs by the 1st TR. CONSTITUTION:An input signal inputted to a terminal 1 is received by the 1st NPN TR Q5 and a collector output is given to an NPN element Q6 and an emitter output is inputted to an NPN element Q7 to drive them. Moreover, an NPN element Q8 is provided between the elements Q7 and Q6, the elements Q7, Q8 constitute a current mirror circuit and the elements Q6, Q8 are used for the output stage. When the level of the signal at the input terminal 1 is positive, the current mode is obtained and when the level is negative, the voltage mode is attained and a signal whose phase is inverted is outputted from an output terminal 2. Moreover, the gain is set by resistors R1, R2 to apply the prescribed amplification. Through the circuit constitution above, the power consumption is reduced and since no PNP TR is employed, the frequency characteristic is not limited.</p> |
