摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent possible deforming created during hardening in a fabrication process of a wound rotor and also to enhance reliability of the rotor by a method wherein the plural number of laminates are wound with a prepreg tape on a coil end of the wound rotor, and the edge of the lower laminate is enveloped for every fixed number of layers and the edge of the upper laminate is wound up to stop the edge of the lower laminate, then heat hardening a binding band. CONSTITUTION:When lapping a fibrous-glass prepreg tape semi-set with an adhesive resin impregnated, a multiple laminate is divided into some number of laminates, for example the lower laminate 51, the middle laminate 52 and the upper laminate 53, for every appropriate number of layers. The edge section in the axial direction of the lower laminate 51 and middle laminate 52 is individually enveloped with a fibrous-glass prepreg cloth semi-set with an adhesive resin impregnated the same as the prepreg tape to line up the axis direction edges of laminates 51-53. The thickness of this prepreg tape 7 is preferable with thinner, for example most suited in the range of 0.1-0.3mm.. With this structure, deforming created during a heat setting process can be prevented, so a high- reliability wound rotor equipped with a strong binding band can be produced.
