PURPOSE:To achieve secure memory protection without providing a voltage detecting circuit by constituting a comparator having prescribed hysteresis characteristics and an FF made of two pulse transformers between an input and an output terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a memory protection pulse 8 is supplied, a pulse transformer 11a turns on a transistor (TR) 12a and an L-level signal is outputted from a comparator 6 to the driving peripheral IC2 of an IC memory element 1. When a reset pulse 9 is supplied, on the other hand, a pulse transformer 11b turns on a TR12b, and an H-level signal is outputted from the comparator 16 to be held by a battery power source 15. Further, when the transistor 12a is in the on state, the hysteresis characteristics of the comparator 16 suppresses the unstable period of the output of the IC2. Consequently, secure memory protection is achieved without using a voltage detecting circuit. |
