PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which recovers the mold release material flowing down from dies and permits its reuse by disposing two sheets of plates for recovering the mold release material below the die parts in such a way as to be faced to each other, diagonally, and bending the bottom ends of said plate like a groove. CONSTITUTION:According to the operation of a body D of a die casting device, die parts 4 are moved back and forth in such a way as to attach or detach. Connecting rods 3 are also moved simultaneously by this motion. At this time, plates 1 for recovering mold parting material are connected turnably to the rods 3, but since they are connected in the lower parts by means of a spring 6 to each other, the plates 1 can receive the flowing down mold release material at all times irrespectively of the positions of the die parts 4. Thence, the mold release material received by the plates 1 is flowed downward along the plates 1, and is conducted in one direction through the groove part 2 at the bottom end, after which it is circulated and recovered into a mold release material vessel. |
