PURPOSE:To lessen extremely the shrinkage generated in each part of the container by specifying the water content of polyethyleneterephthalte resin in injection molding and biaxial stretch blow molding. CONSTITUTION:A primary molded piece is injection molded from polyethyleneterephthalate resin (PET) molten below 0.007% of water content and this molded piece is reheated when the water content of PET of the molded piece attains in the range of 0.1-0.3%, then the container is formed by biaxial stretch blow molding. By this the PET made container of small shrinkage and also of uniform inner volume, appearance and shape can be obtained. |
