摘要 PURPOSE:To finely move a probe to be installed to the tip of a rod, in a prescribed direction, by providing the rod which is capable of rocking in all directions, on a slider fitted into the body so as to be slidable in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A microscope manipulator 1 is fixed by clamping a body 2 to a microscope frame body 3 with a screw 4. A slider 6 is fitted into an axial direction hole 5 of the body 2 so as to be slidable in the axial direction. A rod 8 is supported in the inside of the slider 6, and the rod 8 can be rocked in all directions against the slider 6. On one end of the rod, a probe supporting member 10 is provided, and the other end is energized through a tension spring 11. To the member 10, a probe 12 is installed, and it can be operated by contacting with a specimen 13. To the body 2, an external cylinder 16 is fitted with a screw, the slider 6 can be moved finely in the axial direction, and also micrometer heads 20, 21 fixed to the body 2 are operated rotatively, the probe 12 is moved finely in a prescribed direction.
