PURPOSE:To make is possible to constitute the weight measuring device for domestic use having a digital display simply, by providing light trnsmitting slits having an equal intervl in a rotary disc which is rotated in response to the up and down movement of a weight receiving plate between a light emitting part and a light receiving part. CONSTITUTION:The expansion of a load spring 10 caused by placing a load to be measured on the load receiving plate 2 is converted into the rotation of the rotary disc 17. The light emitted from the light emitting part 21 passes the slit part 19 which transmits the light with the equal interval being provided and is reflected by an annular part of the rotary disc 17. The rotary angle of the rotary disc 17 is sensed by the light receiving part 22 and displayed on the digital display 3. In this constitution, the weight measuring device, which has a simple design suitable for domestic use and has a highly accurate digital display part, can be obtained. |
