PURPOSE:To decrease the number of output wirings less than the case directly transmitted, by installing plural number of switches which can turn on in an alternative way and by transmitting on-and off-signals of these switches by encoding. CONSTITUTION:When a switch S13 turns on and the voltage of an input terminal T13 becomes low level, the signal of the input terminal T13 is transmitted to an output terminal Q1 when a counter IC41 counts 12 pulses, and the voltage of the output terminal Q1 becomes low level. This low-level output is added to an inverter IC21 to set the voltage of an output terminal Q3 of a flip-flop IC31 to high level. When this high-level signal is applied to an input terminal Q3 of a latch IC51. Latch IC51 detects and keeps two values of output of the counter IC41 and transmits them to output terminals U11, U12, U13 and U14 by passing through four output wirings. |
