摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the strongly bonded iron core, in the case silicon steel plates are laminated in a radial shape, by holding the outside of the annular iron core, heating and impregnating the core in an impregnating tank, then focibly cooling the core, extracting the resin liquid, and hardening the resin. CONSTITUTION:The annular iron core 23 which is to become the reactor core is constituted by radially arranging fan shaped unit 22 wherein the silicon steel plates 21 whose lengths are equal and widths are different are laminated in a step shape, so that the edges of the lengths and widths are alined. Then the iron core 23 is held by a cylindrical core guide 51 which is longer than the length of the axial direction. The iron core is liquid tight. The iron core 23 is placed on a bonding jig 53 wherein holes 52 are provided at the bottom. Said jig 53 is enclosed in the impregnating tank 56, and further enclosed in a vacuum tank 62. The iron core 23 is heated by a heater 54, and impregnated by an imputted resin 36. Then the core is cooled by a cooler 55. The liquid 36 is taken out when the viscosity of the resin in the voids 24 at the tips becomes such that the resin does not flow out. Then, the iron core 23 is placed in a hardening furnace, and the resin 36 is hardened at a specified temperature.
