PURPOSE:To separate fibrous undecomposed organics and also to control the ingnition loss of inorganics to less than pollution-regulated value by making a bubble-flotation separation by the addition of a specific flotation reagent at a flotation circuit capable of complying to the dispersion of undecomposed amount after crushing, sizing, and then making into sludge the thermal decomposition residue of urgan refuges. CONSTITUTION:The thermal decomposition residue of urban is subjected to magnetic separation and then the nonmagnetic substances are crushed, sized, and then made into the flotated sludge F, where at the time of residue crushing, approx. 600 g/t(dry residue) of sodium silicate as a dispersant is added from the reagent adder RE, followed by the addition of kerosene as a scavenger in an amount of approx. 1500 g/t to each of the feed boxes of the primary conditioning tank CN1 before the rough separator RF and also of the clean flotator SF. Additionally, 60 to 70 % heptanol as a foaming agent is added in an amount of approx. 500 g/t to each of the feed boxes of the secondary conditioning tank 3N2 and the clean flotator SF and also to the feed boxes of the primary to third fine separators C2 to C4 in an amount of approx. 200 g/t. |
