PURPOSE:To improve sliding performance and durability, by providing a sliding material layer at the inside and a resilient complex sliding member at the outside, and forming a socket section at the outside of the complex sliding member and a base contactable therewith. CONSTITUTION:A ball section 16 is held in a socket section 22 having a spherical concave face 20 corresponding to the spherical outer circumferential face of the ball section 16, where a sliding member 24 composed of sliding cloth 26 and a rubber sheet 28 is provided between the spherical concave face 20 and the ball section 16. A truncated conical base 30 is provided in a rod 18 below the sliding member 24, and a spherical recessed portion 32 corresponding to the outer circumferential face of the ball section 16 is formed in the central portion of the bottom face at the side of large diameter section so as to support the ball section 16 slidably. Rattling due to abrasion can be prevented by the residual surface pressure between the sliding member 24 and the ball section 16. |
