PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and to facilitate connection work of a coreless armature by a method wherein plural pieces of elemental wires are wound around spirally, and after the same number of pieces of elemental wires are wound around thereon spirally in the opposite direction, the end faces are connected with connecting wires to form a closed loop. CONSTITUTION:The plural pieces of the elemental coil wires 1 are wound around spirally along a cylindrical face to form an inside cylindrical coil 11, the same number of pieces of elemental coil wires are wound around spirally on the outside circumferential face thereon in the opposite direction to form an outside cylindrical coil 12, and an armature coil unit 16 having double cylindrical structure is formed. The connecting wires 30 are arranged on the end face of the coil unit bridging over the elemental wires of the inside cylindrical coil 11 and the elemental wires of the outside cylindrical coil 12, and the respective elemental wires and connecting wires are welded to form the electrically closed loop. The connecting wire 30 can be used both as a jumper wire. |
