PURPOSE:To monitor pictures from a plurality of cameras at the same time and simplify the constitution of a remote monitor, by transmitting video signals from a pluraity of TV cameras on one transmission line through switching field or frame periods sequentially. CONSTITUTION:Video signals (a)-(c) from a plurality of TV cameras 1a-1c are applied to a video signal switch 4, and the operation is controlled according to such as the synchronizing signal of frame period or frame period sequence given to the switch 4, and the signals (a)-(c) are sequentially switched and transmitted on one transmission line 2. The signal (d) transmitted on the transmission line 2 is applied to video gate circuits 6a-6c, and the signals (a)-(c) only from the corresponding cameras 1a-1c are gated. The gated signals (e)-(g) at the circuits 6a- 6c are stored in storage circuits 5a-5c as one frame period or one frame's share. Readout outputs (h)-(j) from the circuits 5a-5c are displayed on the video monitors 3a-3c to simplify the constitution of a remote monitor. |
