<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for forming any projections and projecting flights to a crucible, make the manufacture of the crucible simple and lower the cost by providing projections or projecting flights on a support body, and supporting the crucible. CONSTITUTION:A crucible 1 is supported by the projections 13a, 13b provided in correspondence to respective parts 1a, 1b on the top surface of a support plate 10. When the plate 10 is moved upward by a driving device 14, the parts 1a, 1b open to both sides with the projections 13a, 13b as fulcrums and molten metal is poured into a mold. Thereby, the manufacture of the crucible 1 is made simple and the cost of its manufacture is lowered.</p> |
