PURPOSE:To weld a large area with small heat quantity positively in welding by a method wherein the sueface of the joining part on one of two plastic structures to be joined is satinized and roughened and these two structures are brought into intimate contact and welded. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the joining part 2 on one 1 of plastic structure of thermoplastic resin like acryl resin, vinyl chloride makes a satinized and roughened surface having depths 1/1,000-1/10mm. of fine dents. Ths joining part 4, which is as smooth as the rest of the other plastic structure 3, is placed on said joining part 2 and both joinig parts 2, 4 are welded thermally by the use of high frequency welding. |
