<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cloth havig a uniform moisture-permeability and a uniform air-permeability, by cooling an elastic roller arranged in parallel with a heating roller provided with a plurality of pins at its outside surface, and bringing the cooled elastic roller into contact with a higher melting point-side sheet layer. CONSTITUTION:An elastic roller 2 is cooled with water or the like, to keep the surface temperature of the elastic roller 2 within a variation of 10-30 deg.C and to inhibit the variation of a space T between a heating roller 1 and the elastic roller 2. The space T is adjusted in a manner such that the top end of a pin 1a pierces through a thin polyethylene layer 3b but not a paper layer 3a.</p> |
