PURPOSE:To confirm the call sign surely for a user, by informing the call sign of a reception station to the user in voice, at the reception of broadcast. CONSTITUTION:Character data representing alphabets A-Z is stored in an ROMe of a control section 163 of a response device 16. When a desired reception station is selected with a tuner 12, the reception frequency data is applied to the control section 163. The alphabet key of a keyboard 161 is sequentially operated and a call sign (CS) of the desired station is inputted to a control section 163, and the reception frequency error data stored in the ROMe and the corresponding character data from the ROMe are read out, and they and the reception frequency data are written in an RAMf through the operation of a preset key (a). After the end of preset of the CS of the desired reception station, when the desired station is selected with the dial of the device 12, the control section 163 compares the reception frequency data and error data stored in the RAMf and reads out the CS of the station coincided with the data and voice is outputted for the CS from a speaker (d) of the voice response section 162. |
