PURPOSE:To prevent vibration energy loss by forming a vibrating part of a long shaft shape vibrating in a thickness direction and isolation masters by integral molding. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating part of a long shaft shape vibrating along a thickness direction when excited and isolation masters to be provided on the right and left thereof are formed by integral molding, whereby a vibrator of which the frequency changes in correspondence to the force applied in the long shaft direction is manufactured. For example, a vibrating part 11 of a long shaft shape, four pieces of isolation masters 12a-12d provided on the right and left thereof, a flexure part made by piercing holes 13a and 13b, and coupling part 15a, and 15b are made by integral molding. With such construction, the mass of the isolation master is larger than the mass of the vibrating part and therefore vibration energy does not leak to the outside and since the shape thereof is simple, this is easy to manufacture and the cost of manufacture is reduced. |
