<p>PURPOSE:To prevent crossed suspension lines from mutual contact or the like effectively by constituting a protector for the suspension line of power transmitting trolley line from a protector body for enveloping the suspension line and a plurality of grips for fixing the protector body to the suspension line. CONSTITUTION:This protector is constituted from a protector body 1 for enveloping a suspension line A and a plurality of grips 2 for fixing this protector body 1 to a predetermined position of the suspension line A. The protector body 1 consists of two generally semicylindrical pieces 3, 4 formed of electric insulating material, for example, synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride. Both pieces 3, 4 are united through engaging portions 5, 6 formed at predetermined intervals throughout the length of the respective pieces. Under such united condition a proper gap is formed between the protector body 1 and suspension line A. On the other hand, the grip 2 is generally U-shaped and inserted through an opening 7 of the protector body 1 to fit the suspension line A.</p> |
