PURPOSE:To stabilize electric conduction between an electrically conductive layer and a frame body while improving the efficiency of cementing operation, by cementing a thin film, having an adhered electrically conductive layer, and the supporting frame body together with resin composite cured by the ultraviolet rays irradiation. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a sheet 101 of polyester, etc., which is a dielectric and has ultraviolet-ray transmitting property, an electrically conductive layer 2 is formed and resin composites 17 cured by the ultraviolet rays irradiation are adhered at adequate places. Then, diaphragm rings 4 having uneven parts are mounted on a cemented surface and the sheet is mounted on a flat glass plate 110 which permits ultraviolet rays to pass through it and press-contacted with a press plate 111. In this state, the resin composites 17 is cured by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays from a light source 120 to cement the film sheet 101 and diaphragm rings 4. |
