PURPOSE:To optimize ignition timing in the engine in such a way that multiple tilting progressive angular characteristic to the number of revolution in the engine can be obtained pure-electronic-wise. CONSTITUTION:Charging and discharging circuits 4a, 4b, 4c for each electric progressive angle generating circuit 2a, 2b, 2c are charged by closing switches Sa1, Sb1, Sc1 during 0 level cycle of a rotary sensor 1, and switches Sa2, Sb2, Sc2 are closed and discharged while terminal voltage Va, Vb, Vc at each capacitor Ca, Cb, Cc is changed into triangular waves. The triangular wave voltage Va, Vb, Vc is compared with respective threshold voltage VTa, VTb, VTc in voltage comparators 5a, 5b, 5c so that progressive angular signals Fa, Fb, Fc can be made. These propressive angular signals Fa, Fb, Fc are taken their ANDs in the logical circuit 3, by which the minimum angle alpha in each number of revolution can be obtained. |
