<p>PURPOSE:To make the installation of vent pipes efficient and simple by fitting a conduit pipe to a frame body through a floating suppressing rod to fix the frame body to the water tank, upon providing in parallel an air conduit pipe in a water tank buried under ground for gardener. CONSTITUTION:A suppressing longitudinal rod 8 and a transverse rod 7 are provided in a holding frame 4, and floating of vent conduit pipes C, C... are fixed to suppress the floting of these conduit pipes by suppressing rods 7 and 8. This holding frame 4 is accommodated in an underground buried water tank 3, and the upper edge 4'' of the holding frame 4 is engaged with an upper edge projecting part 3' of the water tank 3, a lid 9 being placed thereon. Thus, the three members are integrally clamped by means of a bolt 10. In this manner, installation of the vent pipes is made efficiently and easily.</p> |
