An actuating member for use in an electrical switch is provided with resilient pins 4 for engagement in a switching cam holder 6. The resilient pins 4 are composed of a substantially U-shaped resilient bracket which is mounted in the body of the actuator over a projecting leg 2, and has limb ends 9 which engage in recesses provided on the leg 2. The actuating member 1 may be used in a domestic wall-mountable rocker actuated switch.
