摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable to confirm a characteristics of a battery without measurement of charging time and without a necessity of a large current by comparing a charging speed of a main capacitor for flashing with a set charging speed. CONSTITUTION:When voltage of a power source battery E drops, before a main capacitor C1 is charged for a prescribed period to permit a neon lamp NT to light, charging of a time constant capacitor C4 for setting charging speed is completed. Thus, a transistor T1 turns off, thereby allowing an LED1 that was lighted during charging of the capacitor C1 puts out lights. Further with this lights-out and lights- out of the neon lamp NT, deterioration of the battery characteristics is confirmed. Accordingly, without measurement of the charging time and necessity of a large current, deterioration of battery voltage of the flashing device is detected.</p>
