发明名称 CAVITY-COUPLED TYPE LOW SPEED WAVE CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture where only the press work is required, by forming the cavity with a cup-shaped part where an electron beam pass hole and a coupling hole are made through the bottom face then brazing the bottom face and connecting in series. CONSTITUTION:The low speed wave circuit 1 in a waveguide has cavities 2 formed with two cup-shaped cavity parts 12 while a part of the bottom circumferential section of the cup of said cavity part 12 is punched to produce a coupling hole 6 and the central section of the bottom face is bent inwardly to produce a drive tube 5. Then the cup bottom faces and the cup circumferential section of the part 12 are brazed and connected in series to form a cavity-coupled type low speed wave circuit 1. Consequently the board depth of the cavity part 12 is made thin to enable the press work while the open angle theta of the coupling hole 6 can be regulated through the rotation of the part 12 thereby the endmill work is eliminated to simplify the manufacture.
