PURPOSE:To avoid the mis-operation of disc insertion, by providing an information disc detecting means and a case cover detecting means. CONSTITUTION:If a case without a cover 3 is inserted when a disc is already set in a playback device, a rolling body 100 is pushed in at an end of the front surface 9 of a case 2 and this operation is interrupted by no means. If the case 2 having a cover 3 incorporated with a disc is inserted, before the end front surface 9 of the case 2 contacts with the body 100, a case contact shaft 504 is pushed at the front surface of the cover, a three-way plate 502 is turned, and a lock shaft 506 is latched to a nail 520 of a nail angle 512. Thus, the movement of the body 100 and an opening bar 91 is interrupted, resulting that the insertion of the case 2 is prevented. |
