Automatic high resolution tissue tester for medical diagnosis - treats tissue as light conductor and uses reference comparisons

An automatic tissue tester for medical diagnosis enables high resolution measurement and selection of the number and type of parameters for a given method. The condition of the tissue is determined using the desired number of extracted parameters. These are measured, compared with the expected intervals derived from past experience and displayed. The parameters are displayed in multidimensional form. The tissue is treated as a light conductor with defined boundaries. When it is absent layers untypical of tissue and without defined boundaries are measured. The examination of internal organs can be performed using signal generation and processing systems in a separate arrangement. The equipment consists of a sample container, colour laser, optoelectronic strip sensor with variable focussing, an amplifier, computer, and a screen display unit.
