PURPOSE:To stably supply electric power to a load having small initial resistance by winding self-excited power coil in the same phase as a main coil and connecting in series a self-excited power source and a separately excited power source with a field coil in synchronization with the phase. CONSTITUTION:A main coil MC and a self-excited power coil SC are connected in series with one another, are wound in the same phase, and the voltage generated between terminals P1 and P3 is fully rectified through a diode thyristor bridge diode. The rectified voltage is applied through a slip ring to a field coil FC. An externally excited coil OC is connected to a bridge diode DR, and is excited by an ignition magnet MP rotating synchronously with the field coil FC. Thyristors SCR1, SCR2 are controlled at the gates by a voltage detector VD. When the voltage at the terminal P3 becomes positive, the thyristor SCR2 is conducted ON to synthesize the self- excited power voltage and the separately excited power voltage, and further the field coil FC and the ignition magnet MP are synchronized in the same phase. |
