PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of an internal mirror type gas laser tube by arranging perpendicularly the mounting surface of a mirror having a curvature to a fine laser tube of smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the mirror, thereby eliminating a metallic support. CONSTITUTION:The mounting surfaces 10' of mirrors 11, 23 having a curvature are formed perpendicularly to fine laser tubes 10, 18. It is then formed in diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the mirror 11, and is bonded with low melting point glass 4 or the like. Thus, it can eliminate a metallic support and can reduce the cost of the laser. |
