NEGATIVE IMPEDANCE CONVERTING CIRCUIT FOR HIGH FREQUENCY

PURPOSE:To make the operation of a circuit stable, by making the inverse number of a value of resistor flowing an emitter current to a transistor equal to the sum of the inverse numbers of resistance values which determine the base potential and the collector current. CONSTITUTION:A resistor R1 flows an emitter current and resistors R2, R3 determine a base potential and a resistor R4 flows a collector current. Further, since the resistors determine the operating point of a transistor TR and are independent of the operation as a negative impedance converting NIC circuit if the relation of 1/R1=1/R2+1/R3+1/R4 is established among the resistors, the circuit operation can be stabilized.
