PURPOSE:To enable pushing of the dies with little force and also enable accurate positioning thereof by setting the dies once on a die-transferring truck and by transferring the same later on to the surface of rollers of a lower fixing plate for the dies when the dies are set on an injection molding device. CONSTITUTION:Roller lines 23 consisting of a plurality of rollers and side guides 21 are provided on the die-transferring truck 4, while roller lines 12 consisting of a plurality of rollers which can be sunk under the surface of the lower fixing plate 2 by a force of a clamp are fitted to the fixing palte 2. On the fixing plate 2 a stopper 15 and side guides 7 are also arranged. The dies 8 are set on the truck 4 by a crane and made to slide on the roller lines 23 and 12 and the cavity 8a1 of the dies is made to contact with the stopper 15, whereby the positioning is conducted. A fitting plate 9 fitted to the bottom part of the dies 8 is pressed by driving clamp bolts 11 provided at the side guides 7 and the rollers of the roller lines 12 are sunk under the surface of the fixing plate 2, whereby the dies 4 are fixed to the lower fixing plate 2. Finally, an upper fitting plate 9 is fitted to an upper fixing plate 1 for the dies and fixed. |
