发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR ROLLING REDUCTION OF ROLLING MILL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To control with sufficient accuracy the thickness of a sheet to be rolled by a reversing mill, by setting an initial value of the roll gap so as to make the measured pressure of a screw down device and the derivative of the pressure of this screw down device with respect to the rolling reduction coincide with predicted values. CONSTITUTION:A pressure signal 12 of a pressure measuring device 3 and a signal 13 for the displacement of a screw down device 1 to be detected by a detector 4 are inputted to a differentiator 5 that thereupon outputs a pressure's derivative signal 14. A computer 6 computes and outputs a predicted value 17 of the pressure of the screw down device 1 and a predicted derivative value 18 of the pressure in accordance with a given rolling condition 21. The comparators 8, 9 respectively outputs deviation signals 15, 16 of the pressure of the screw down device 1 and of the pressure's derivative from their individually predicted values. A screw stopping controller 7 outputs a stop signal 19 at a point of time wherein the deviation signals 15, 16 become smaller than the previously prescribed values. A gate 10 adjusts the roll gap in accordance with a closing command 20 for the screw down device 1 and said stop signal 19; then, the screw device 1 actuates to open or close the roll gap in accordance with a closing command signal 11 through a roll gap controller 2.</p>
