<p>A pressure sensor (10), in particular for detecting high pressures in liquids or the like, having a sensor element (18) which is fitted into a pressure-resistant measuring-cell body (22) and is in connection with the medium to be measured via a diaphragm (20), an incompressible liquid (32) being located in the space (30) between the diaphragm and the sensor element. The diaphragm (20) is held free of tension in the pressureless state, and the space (30) is completely surrounded liquid-tight and free of valves by a pressure-absorbing measuring-cell body (22) which is stable in the face of the prevailing operating pressure even during mechanical vibrations. <IMAGE></p> |
