摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain highly functional parts which have been considered to be difficulty obtainable through a simple means, by separating a three-dimensional functional parts to required number of plane body based on its shape, structure, accuracy, etc., and by performing chemical workings and heat treatment workings on each plane body. CONSTITUTION:Functional parts, for example, functional parts of a heat exchanger device having a complicated and small shape which has not been produced by conventional working methods, and which is airtight, pressure-resistive, heatproof, and coldproof, is composed of layers I-III of heat conductive metallic material. Pierced circular and oval hole parts 1 and 2 are multihold bodies having holes of about 0.2mm. and about 0.4mm. in diameter and rib widths of about 0.13mm. and about 0.18mm., respectively, and they are separated from each other with metal 3. There is guide hole 5 through cave part 4 at the other end of part 2. To manufacture this parts, it is divided into 3 layers I-III so that each one has the same structure part. According to each plane pattern, a punch working using chemical process, etc., is performed on the plate material, for example, a copper plate of 0.08mm. thick, which is decided from the required accuracy of each layer, and then the punched plate is formed to a prescribed shape. A required number of this worked plate are laminated and, then, the heat treatment is performed under the most suitable conditions.</p>
