<p>PURPOSE:To improve operativity of the device by simplifying a mechanism by using motor power for loading and ejecting a cassette. CONSTITUTION:As cassette 2 is inserted from front panel 1, pawl 18a of carriage pawl 18 enters into the small window of the cassette and carriage arm 14 rotates against spring 16. At this time, one terminal 14a of carriage arm 14 kicks loading pawl 20 and motor 9 is rotated. Its turning force is transmitted from the decelerating mechanism to cam 8 via intermediate gear 13 and upper-stage cam 8a draws carriage pawl 18 to pull cassette 2 into the device. At the prescribed position, carriage pawl 18 comes into contact with pin 25 and then pawl 18a comes off cassette 2, which is lowered by cam 8b and loaded. In ejection, pawl 22 is rotated to turn off switch 24, so that cam 8 will be rotated. One reciprocation of this loading an ejection coresponds to the single rotation of cam 8 and while single rotation can freely be divided, the mechanism never breaks even if the cassette is caught.</p> |
