According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a conductive area including first and second conductive areas which are positioned together on one surface of the semiconductor substrate; and an electrode including a first electrode connected to the first conductive area, and a second electrode connected to the second conductive area. The semiconductor substrate includes: a first part; and a second part positioned in the surface of the semiconductor substrate and having a resistance higher than that of the first part.
