The present invention relates to a plastic curve-pipe manufacturing jig and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises: a molding process for transporting an inner circumference molding ball member at a reduced speed through an injection liquid, which is in a gel state and charged inside the molding space of a mold, to mold a plastic curve-pipe having a hollow unit; a cutting process for cutting undesirable portions at both ends of the molded plastic curve-pipe; and a bush insertion process for passing a bush through the plastic curve-pipe by using an insertion device to confirm deviations in the inner circumference and roughness of the inner surface of the plastic curve-pipe. Unlike the conventional art, the present invention can easily produce a plastic curve-pipe by spraying liquid in a gel-state injection liquid inside the mold, and prevent spraying of a high-pressure liquid from inducing damage to the inner surface of the plastic curve-pipe by transporting an inner circumference molding ball member along the path of the plastic curve-pipe. Further, the present invention can reduce the roughness of the inner surface of the produced plastic curve-pipe and confirm defects inside and on the circumferential surface of the plastic curve-pipe through a simple means. |
