<p>The insect holding tweezers are particularly for bees, e.g. when marking the queen bee, drones and worker bees. They comprise holding members (1) movably joined together, whose grip arms (2) are spring loaded towards each other. The members have holding jaws (14) of soft elastic material. The members can be arranged to hinge together, and a spring (9) may act on both. One or both members can have an adjustable stop (11), while near the jaws they can have small deflector plates of soft elastic material.</p> |
