<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. in which volling processability, drawing processability and rust-inhibiting properties are improved, consisting of a thermosetting epoxy resin compsn., ZnO and a specified phosphate salt. CONSTITUTION:0.5-50pts.wt. ZnO (B) having a particle diameter of 0.1-1.5mu and 1-78pts.wt. at least one phosphate salt (C) selected from (condensed) aluminum phosphate, (condensed) zinc phosphate and calcium phosphate, are blended with 100pts.wt. thermosetting epoxy resin compsn. (A) consisting of 60-90wt% epoxy resin (a) having a number-average MW of 1,000-4,000 and an epoxy equivalent of 500-4,000 and 40-10wt% hardener (b) (e.g. a novolak type phenolic resin). The resulting mixt. is dispersed in an org. solvent. EFFECT:A coating film can be obtd. which has excellent wear resistance, flexing resistance and adhesive properties at an elevated temp. Said film exhibits excellent corrosion resistance even when it is a thin film having a dry film weight of 60mg/ 100cm<2>.</p> |
