The centrifuge is used for immunologic analysis of particular antibodies in a biological substance. The instrument eliminates the requirements for manual operations such as liq. transfer and washing and drying to eliminate possible errors. The centrifuge comprises a circular rotating platform with a central section containing a cylindrical reservoir. In the outer part (13) of the platform are formed several individual reaction cells (14) in which the incubation is conducted with the appropriate reactive agent. The agent is introduced through a hole (22) in the cell top. The cells are connected to the reservoir via bored holes (15). A reactive ball (18) which carries antibodies for an immuno-enzymatic dose is supported by columns (19) above a lower chamber (17). An orifice (26) allows introduction of the washing liq.
