PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily execute the diagnostic decision, by providing the means for generating the diagnostic data signal which has the prescribed peak shift and becomes the worst combination, in the variable frequency oscillator VFO. CONSTITUTION:The peak shift monitoring timing of T(ns) of before and after, respectively, is made centering on the changing point of the waveform (b) of a window output signal, by which an output data signal (a) is sampled. In case when it has been sampled, it is regarded as an error. The value which is decided by the sampling margin of the data processing equipment to which the variable frequency oscillator VFO is connected is T, that is to say, said value shows that if the output data signal is further shifted from the window output signal, the sampling cannot be executed. Namely, in case when a diagnostic data has been provided, if there is no margin of VFO, an error is output. |
