PURPOSE:To enable always stable developing state to be maintained by providing a mechanical means for returning the magnetic toner into the toner tank adjacent to a nonmagnetic cylindrical sleeve, and a means for conveying the magnetic toner in the toner tank onto said sleeve. CONSTITUTION:In the predetermined space comprising being disposed along the tangent roughly in the direction opposite from the moving direction of a nonmagnetic cylindrical sleeve 2, the leading end of a nonmagnetic plate 5 having an opening 6 in the longitudinal direction is contacted longitudinally with the surface of said sleeve 2. Also, a guide plate 12 for removing the magnetic toner 4 having gone over to the side of a nonmagnetic plate 5 opposite from the sleeve 2 and returning the magnetic toner 4 into the toner tank 8 adjacent to said sleeve and a vane wheel 11 for conveying the magnetic toner 4 in the toner tank 8 onto the sleeve 2 are provided. |
