PURPOSE:An immunotherapeutic preparation that contains a specific organogermanium compound as an effective component, thus being effective on cancers, leukemia, rheumatisms or aging. CONSTITUTION:Said preparation contains an organogermanium compound of the formula (R is H, lower alkyl; R' is lower alkyl) such as p-(methylamino)phenyl- germanic acid anhydride as an effective component. The compounds of the formula have activities of accelerating leukocyte migration, increasing antibody production ability, resisting carrageenan edemitization to be used as a carcinostatic, antileukemia, antirheumatic and as a propylactic or remedy for immunity failure caused by aging. |
